Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to oversee all aspects of quality control and assurance within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabricating, analyzing, and maintaining quality systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Duties:

- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product consistency and compliance with regulatory standards
- Conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods
- Lead project management initiatives related to quality improvement projects

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

-Knowledge of ISO 13485 is required

-Medical Device Manufacturing experience is required

-2 years of supervising other is required
- 10 years of proven experience in quality control, quality assurance, and quality management
- Strong knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
